Spatially explicit modeling framework This deliverable describes the development of a modeling framework that allows for assessment of the effectiveness of urban Nature Based Solutions on aquatic ecosystem services provisioning. In short, we build on an existing framework where ecosystem service delivery is determined based on threshold values of water quality and ecological variables (Seelen et al., 2022; Zhan et al., 2023). Rather than determining these variables from field-based measurements we retrieve them from an aquatic ecosystem model, PCLake+.
